You can also communicate with Dr. Vineyard and the staff for non-urgent needs like appointments and medication refills. Here’s how works: Your doctor's office sends messages to your Passport, and you receive notifications via email or text. You can read these messages, view attached documents, and reply directly within the app.

 

All messages are securely sent back to your doctor’s. Elation uses 256-bit encryption and is fully HIPAA-compliant, ensuring your medical information is secure.
